On March 19, 2026, the 18th Hong Kong & Macau Michelin Guide was unveiled at Grand Lisboa Palace. This year's guide covers a total of 278 restaurants across both cities, with 59 in Macau - a record high.

Macau has 21 starred restaurants in 2026, up from 19 in 2025, holding a total of 31 stars (compared to 29 in 2025). This marks the highest number of starred restaurants since Macau was included in the Michelin Guide.

New Additions & Promotions
The highlight of this year is the outstanding performance of Grand Lisboa Palace: two of its restaurants - Don Alfonso 1890 and Palace Garden - both promoted from "Selected" to One Star, adding further glory to Grand Lisboa Palace.
For Bib Gourmand, Macau added 2 new establishments, growing from 11 to 13: A Lorcha (authentic Portuguese cuisine) and Nok Song (Thai cuisine) made their debut.
