Built in 1936, the Red Street Market (Calçada do Mercado) is the largest traditional market on the Macau Peninsula. Its Neo-Manueline architectural style has become one of the iconic landmarks of Macau's Historic Centre. The building consists of three floors: the ground floor features fresh meat, seafood, and live aquatic products; the second floor houses vegetables, fruits, dried goods, and seasonings; and the third floor contains a cooked food center. Every morning from 6 to 9 AM, local chefs, housewives, and industry buyers flock to the market, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

The Ruins of St. Paul's (Rua de São Paulo) serve as Macau's most famous World Heritage landmark, and the surrounding streets form the most concentrated souvenir shopping district on the Macau Peninsula. ALBERGUE 1601 at No. 8 Rua de Fátima is one of the most representative creative clusters on the Macau Peninsula. This complex, revitalized from a Portuguese-style historic building, integrates boutique dining, handicraft exhibitions, and cultural event spaces—an important anchor point that has attracted local designer brands in recent years. The surrounding Rua de Fátima and Rua da楓德堂坊 have seen the emergence of creative shops selling locally-made ceramics, botanical candles, specialty sauces, and handmade leather goods, making it the best destination forFinding 'Macau Design' souvenirs.
